1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexus Link (the "Service"), operated by Nexus Link (registered business name/number to be added here), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nexus Link lets users create personalized, animated web pages — currently a birthday memory book experience and a Valentine's Day experience — built from content the user supplies (names, photos, videos, text messages, and audio). Completed pages are delivered as a shareable web link.
3. Accounts
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address; you may not impersonate another person or use someone else's email without their permission.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown before checkout and charged in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS), Nigerian Naira (NGN), or US Dollars (USD) depending on your location. Payments are processed by Paystack; Nexus Link does not collect or store your card details. Wallet balances (where applicable) are non-transferable between accounts.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos, videos, text, or audio you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you grant Nexus Link a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of generating and hosting your page.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that:
- You own it or have permission to use it (including permission from anyone shown or heard in it).
- It does not infringe anyone else's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- It does not contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit (involving minors, under any circumstance, in any form), harassing, or otherwise harmful material.
We reserve the right to remove any page or content that violates these Terms without refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone; upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service's security; or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The Nexus Link name, design, page templates, and underlying software are owned by Nexus Link and may not be copied, resold, or reverse-engineered without permission. This does not affect your ownership of Your Content.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and your pages accessible, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to pause the Service for maintenance or updates. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Link is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the page(s) in question.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; amounts already paid for pages already generated are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
