- Page content — names, photos, videos, messages, timelines, and audio you upload to build a page.
- Payment metadata — transaction references, amounts, and currency. We never receive or store your full card number; that's handled entirely by Paystack.
- Basic technical data — IP address and request logs, used for rate-limiting, fraud prevention, and debugging.
2. How We Use It
- To create, host, and deliver the personalized pages you request.
- To process payments and maintain your wallet balance.
- To send account-related emails (e.g. password reset links).
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.
We do not sell your personal information or Your Content to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third parties to run the Service:
- Paystack — processes all payments. Review Paystack's own privacy policy for how they handle your payment data.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails, such as password reset links.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no advertising trackers, and we don't use third-party analytics or ad cookies.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and page data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process the request, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (e.g. payment records).
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us to make any of these requests.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), sessions are signed, and payment data never touches our servers directly. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
