Why Our Policy Looks the Way It Does
Nexus Link pages are digital goods generated instantly at the moment of payment — there's no shipping, no waiting, and nothing physical to return. Because of that, we can't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a page has been successfully created. We can, and do, offer refunds when something goes wrong on our end.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
✓ Refundable
- You were charged but your page was not created due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged more than once for the same page (duplicate charge).
- You were charged the wrong amount due to a pricing display error.
- A wallet top-up was deducted by Paystack but never credited to your Nexus Link wallet.
When a Refund Isn't Available
✕ Not refundable
- The page was created successfully and delivered, but you changed your mind afterward.
- You made a mistake in the details you entered (spelling, wrong photo, wrong theme) — please use the live preview before publishing to catch these.
- The recipient didn't like the page, or you no longer wish to send it.
- Wallet funds that have already been spent creating a page.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of the charge via our Contact page, including your account email and the Paystack transaction reference (from your payment receipt).
- We'll review the request and confirm whether it qualifies under this policy, usually within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paystack. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional business days to reflect.
