What is Nexus Link?
Nexus Link creates personalized, animated web pages for birthdays and Valentine's Day — a birthday memory book built from someone's photos, or a Valentine's Day page with a love letter, timeline, music, and voice message. You build it in our dashboard and share it as a private link.
Do I need any design or coding skill?
No. You fill in a form — name, photos, theme, messages — and we handle all the animation and layout. You can preview the finished page live before you publish it.
Who is a page for — can I make one as a gift for someone else?
Yes, most pages are made as gifts. You create the page and send the link to the recipient however you like — text message, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a page cost?
A single page costs GHS 20 (or the equivalent in NGN or USD depending on your location). Pricing is shown before you pay and never changes after your page is created.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. You can pay per page directly, or top up an in-app wallet and create pages from that balance — useful if you're making more than one.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never see or store your card number. All payment details are handled directly by Paystack's secure checkout.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy for full details — in short, since pages are generated and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to cases like a failed page creation or a duplicate charge.
Creating a Page
How long does it take to create a page?
Most people finish in under 10 minutes. The page itself is generated instantly once you complete the form and pay.
Can I edit a page after I've created it?
Personalized pages are generated at creation time from what you submit, so please review your live preview carefully before publishing. If you need a correction, contact support and we'll help where we can.
Can I add my own music or a voice message?
Yes — the Valentine's Day page supports a custom background track and a recorded (or uploaded) personal voice message.
Does my page expire?
No — once created, a page's link stays active and shareable unless you ask us to remove it.
Privacy & Support
Who can see my page?
Anyone with the link can view a page — it isn't listed or searchable publicly. Treat the link the same way you'd treat a private photo album.
What happens to the photos and messages I upload?
They're stored to generate your page and are not sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
